Phormed appoints Ralph Massa as President of Sales, Marketing and Corporate Development
LOS ANGELES — June 29, 2026 — PhorMed Inc. (PhorMed), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company using cell-repair technology to develop treatments across cancer, inflammation, and neuroscience, today announced the appointment of Ralph Massa as President of Sales, Marketing and Corporate Development.

Massa brings over 30 years of experience in the sales, marketing, development, acquisition, and licensing of Generic, Branded, Medical Device, and 505(b)(2) pharmaceutical products working with manufacturers across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Massa has worked with Branded Companies such as Schering-Plough and Stiefel Labs and shared a relationship with both companies for over a decade. He launched Schering’s Generic Division Warrick Pharmaceuticals and Stiefel’s Generic subsidiary Glades Pharmaceuticals to all Pharma distribution avenues in the US.
Massa has secured sales, marketing, business development, and distribution agreements with over 50 Generic Pharmaceutical Manufacturers during his tenure in the Pharmaceutical Industry, including for publicly traded companies such as Able Laboratories and Lannett Company. He also commercialized products into the Pharma trade channels for several Bio-Tech firms such as Scios and Celltech upon their products being approved by FDA, as well as launching a 510(k) product with exclusive US distribution rights from Carilene Laboratories in Montesson, France.
